According to sources familiar with the matter at hand, Denmark based A.P. Moller-Maersk is in an advanced stage of negotiations to acquire Hong Kong based LF Logistics for around $3 billion.
An announcement for the potential deal could be made as early as later today assuming talks don’t break down.
