On Wednesday, the French government hiked the expected cost of measures required to support the economy though the coronavirus crisis to $120.6 billion (110 billion euros), said French finance minister Bruno Le Maire.
“We are going to go from 45 billion euros in a first economic support plan … to about 110 billion euros,” said Le Maire on RTL radio.
He went on to add, the $120.6 billion package included 20 billion euros for large companies and that in the coming days, support would also be provided to Air France KLM.
