Nestle aims to boost infant nutrition business through reorganization

Here are the key steps Nestle will be taking to boost the performance of its infant nutrition business.

On Wednesday, Nestle, the world’s largest packaged food manufacturer, stated it would reorganize its infant nutrition business to boost its performance.

In a change of strategy, the firm wants to manage its infant nutrition business regionally rather than globally.

Nestle also said, its chief technology officer, Stefan Catsicas will be leaving the company at the start of 2018 and he will be replaced by Stefan Palzer.
