Late on Tuesday, the CEO of cinema operator AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc said, the company may need to raise additional capital as an option, either entirely or through equity.
“There was no further contingency planning underway beyond raising additional capital,” said Aron.
He went on to deny an earlier article from Bloomberg which said the company was considering a range of options, including a potential bankruptcy protection.
Aron termed that report as “false”.
