In an internal memo, JPMorgan Chase & Co’s Chief Executive Officer Jamie Dimon said, it is adding 6 new members to its operating committee.
The addition includes Teresa Heitsenrether, the global head of securities services, Thasunda Brown Duckett, chief executive of consumer banking at the U.S. bank, and Troy Rohrbaugh, who heads global markets.
Following this move, a total of 10 men and 8 women now sit on at JPMorgan’s operating commitee; incidentally, the addition includes a Black executive and a Latino manager.
According to the memo, JPMorgan’s co-presidents Gordon Smith and Daniel Pinto will chair the bank’s new business head forums.
