Lloyds Bank hires Morgan Stanley’s banker William Chalmers as its CFO

William Chalmers will be replacing outgoing CFO George Culmer, scheduled to leave in June.

On Friday, Britain’s biggest mortgage lender Lloyds Banking Group stated, it has has hired William Chalmers, a senior banker at Morgan Stanley, as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

In a statement, the bank said, Chalmers will be replacing George Culmer, who will be leaving in June this year.
