In the coming days, Netflix is likely to announce Spencer Neumann as its CFO. The top level change at Activision Blizzard Inc could be because of Netflix’s poaching.

Gaming giant Activision Blizzard Inc has appointed Dennis Durkin as its chief financial officer.

Durkin will be replacing Spencer Neumann, who’s term Activision Blizzard terminated earlier this week.

On Monday, in a regulatory filing, Activision Blizzard had stated it intends to fire Neumann for an unspecified reason.

The development comes in the wake of media reports that Netflix Inc is likely to appoint Neumann as its chief financial officer.
