Trade war could last for 20 years: Jack Ma

Jack Ma’s remarks on the escalating trade war between the U.S. and China, were made at an investor conference.

On Tuesday, during an investor conference, Jack Ma, Alibaba’s co-founder and chairman said, he expects trade frictions between China and the United States to remain for 20 years and expects it to be a “a mess” for all parties concerned.

Ma’s comments come in the wake of U.S. President Donald Trump levying trade tariffs on worth Chinese exports to the U.S. worth $200 billion.

China has stated, it would retaliate to the U.S. move.
