North Korea’s ICBM flies over Japan and lands far out into the Pacific ocean

With this latest launch North Korea has demonstrated it has hydrogen bomb making capabilities as well as the vehicle to deliver them to its enemies. Since its every launch create a rumble in markets worldwide, are these provocations created for potential economic benefits?

On Friday, Japan’s public broadcaster has reported Japan’s Foreign Minister Taro Kono as saying, he believes North Korea latest missile launch was an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), given its firing range.

On Friday, North Korea fired a missile that flew over Japan’s northern Hokkaido island and fell into the Pacific Ocean, said South Korean and Japanese officials.

With the tacit backing of China, North Korea is ratcheting up tensions in the Korean peninsula.

North Korea’s latest launch follows the testing of its powerful nuclear bomb.
