The U.S. Commerce Department has disclosed, the chief executives of major U.S. steel producers are scheduled to voice their opinions on the effects of steel imports by the United States and its national security fallout.

The public hearing will take place on Wednesday in Washington.

The speakers will include U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, the CEOs of AK Steel Holding Inc, Nucor Corp, Timken Steel Corp and ArcelorMitall SA.
