In a statement, WeRock NV, the owner of the WeTransfer file transfer service said, it is seeking to file for an initial public offering (IPO) of shares which will be listed on Amsterdam’s Euronext stock exchange.

In its offer letter, WeRock said, a date for the IPO has not been fixed yet.

The IPO will include both primary and secondary offering of shares.

WeTransfer has 87 million monthly users and expects to have had sales of more than 100 million euros in 2021, said the company in a statement.
