Foreign Ministers from the European Union have agreed to a fifth round of sanctions against Belarus accusing it of using migrants as a weapon, said EU diplomat Josep Borrell.

The EU measures, which will impact companies and individuals, will be finalised in the coming days, said Borrell following a meeting with his EU counterparts.
