DoJ closing probes on insider trading on 3 U.S. senators

According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) is closing multiple probes on three U.S. senators over their trades in stock before the coronavirus market turmoil.

The three U.S. senators include Democrat Dianne Feinstein of California, Republicans Kelly Loeffler of Georgia and James Inhofe of Oklahoma.

DoJ prosecutors have begun alerting their defense attorneys about the closing of the probes.
