On Friday, Europe’s biggest low cost carrier Ryanair announced, it will be grounding more than 99% of its flights until July. It has also commenced negotiations with Boeing for cutting the number of aircraft deliveries over the next 24 months.
Ryanair also stated, it would take at least two years for passenger demand to return to normal; this could result in the loss of up to 3,000 jobs, which will mainly revolve around pilots and cabin crews.
