On Monday, Ursula von der Leyen, the head of the European Commission stated, any agreement on the European Union’s future relationship with Britain will contain details on financial services, fisheries, energy and trade in goods.

“It’s all outlined in the political declaration already and everything is negotiated when everything is negotiated — so fish and financial services and energy, you name it, all has to be done before we sign,” said Ursula von der Leyen to reporters.
