On Tuesday, British broadband supplier TalkTalk stated, it has agreed to sell its fiber network to CityFibre for $260 million (200 million pounds).

TalkTalk said it had agreed to a wholesale agreement with Goldman Sachs-backed CityFibre for its residential and business customers in the areas in which it builds networks.

The deal will help underpin the fiber network operator’s expansion.
