In a warning shot, U.S. President Donald Trump sent a clear message to China when he said, a U.S.-China trade deal is still elusive because Beijing still thinks it can get away with stealing U.S. intellectual property and is not “stepping up” in negotiations.

“I don’t think they’re stepping up to the level that I want,” said Trump to reporters after touring a plant in Austin that assembles Apple Inc computers.
