Ulrich Spiesshofer, ABB’s CEO since 2013, has agreed with the board to step down.

On Wednesday, ABB stated, it has appointed its Chairman Peter Voser as its interim chief executive following the stepping down of its CEO Ulrich Spiesshofer.

In a statement, ABB said, Spiesshofer, who has been its CEO since 2013, has agreed to step down. A search has now begun for a successor.
