Mark Lyons replaces Sid Sankaran who joined AIG in 2010. Sankaran will remain at AIG as an adviser through the year-end reporting process for fiscal year 2018.

The American International Group Inc (AIG) stated, Mark Lyons will replace Sid Sankaran as its chief financial officer.

In a statement, AIG stated, Lyons joined AIG in 2018 having worked as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer since 2012.

AIG stated Lyons will continue as chief actuary of AIG general insurance business until it finds a new successor.

Sankaran will remain at AIG as an adviser through the year-end reporting process for fiscal year 2018.

Sankaran joined AIG in October 2010 became its CFO in 2015.
