Carlos Ghosn is suspected to have under reported his income in his tax filings.
Carlos Ghosn, Chairman of Nissan Motor Co Ltd has been arrested by prosecutors from Tokyo for alleged violation of Japan’s financial instruments and exchange act.
As per news report from Japan’s Asahi newspaper, Ghosn, who is also chairman and chief executive of France’s Renault, is suspected to have understated his income on financial statements.
He has agreed to voluntarily speak to prosecutors.
