All options on the table, including second Brexit referendum: Jeremy Corbyn

Britain’s Brexit negotiations promises to reach charismatic climax typically seen in the Mission Impossible series of movies. BBC’s political editor, Laura Kuenssberg’s tweet states, the Labour Party wants all options on the table. Apart from the obvious political impact, the geo-economic impact of a potential second Brexit referendum is enormous.

As per a tweet by BBC’s political editor Laura Kuenssberg, the Labour Party is set to vote on a motion this week to keep all options on the table, including a second Brexit referendum in the event the party cannot get a national election.

Jeremy Corbyn, the leader of the Labour Party, had said earlier he would back a second Brexit referendum if his Labour Party backed the move.

In the event this development goes into play, it will add more pressure on British Prime Minister Theresa May whose Brexit deal has hit an impasse.
