European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and European Council President Donald Tusk are in Beijing to meet Chinese Premier Li Keqiang for the annual China-EU leaders dialogue.

On Monday, Donald Tusk, the President of the European Council stated, the World Trade Organization requires to create new rules on forced transfers of technology as well as those to cater to subsidies provided to industry.

Tusk made this comments in China. He along with European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker are visiting Beijing for the annual China-EU leaders dialogue wherein they are scheduled to meet Chinese Premier Li Keqiang.
