The startup aims to enhance employee performance and learning by using real time feedback through digital motivations, psychology and gamification.

On Wednesday, GameEffective, a U.S.-Israeli startup stated which has created a digital platform to boost workforce performance, stated it has raised $11 million in a fundraising round that was led by Jerusalem Venture Partners.

With this the total amount raised by GameEffective is $21 million.

GameEffective said, it will channelize its new found funds to grow sales and further develop its product.

It went on to add, its platform can boost performance, increase motivation and learning by using principles of gamification, psychology and motivation.
