Nokia’s COO leaves the company for greener pasture

Joerg Erlemeier will now assume the position of Chief Operating Officer at Nokia.

On Monday, Finnish telecom network equipment manufacturer Nokia stated, Monika Maurer, its Chief Operating Officer was leaving the company.

Maurer will be replaced with Joerg Erlemeier, who is currently a Senior Vice President for Nokia Transformation, said Nokia.

“Monika Maurer… will support Erlemeier during a transition period and then leave Nokia to pursue new opportunities outside the company,” said Nokia.
