With the AGM under its belt, the doubts surrounding the company are likely to be cleared.

Toshiba Corp has stated it would hold its AGM on June 28 and discuss the status of the auditing process, its earnings outlook and third-party investment in its NAND chip business.

In its statement, the company said, it will continue to work with the independent auditor to file its securities report by the legally specified deadline of June 30, for the fiscal year which ended on March 31.
