The Wall Street Journal has reported citing people familiar with the matter at hand, Morgan Stanley is contemplating on moving to Manhattan’s West Side’s Hudson Yards.

Morgan Stanley is considering purchasing the remaining 2 million square feet at 50 Hudson Yards, which incidentally is exactly where BlackRock Inc. is also expected to move its HQ.

The world’s largest asset manager, BlackRock plans on moving to its new office tower in the Hudson Yards district sometime in 2022.

When asked to respond to requests for comments, Morgan Stanley was unavailable for comment outside regular U.S. business hours.
