The purchase will boost its automated manufacturing systems.

Tesla Motors has disclosed in a blogpost that it is all set to acquire German based Grohmann Engineering, for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition will help it improve its automated manufacturing process.

As a result of this acquisition, Tesla Motors will be hiring at least 1,000 skilled technicians in Germany.
