The upcoming summit could potentially sooth strained following Brexit.
Ahead of the China-EU summit, Cecilia Malmstrom, the EU’s trade Commissioner, was of the opinion that upcoming planned investment deals could boost the level playing field for European and Chinese companies.
Malmstrom went on to add, that the European Union and China will have to put their political capital behind planned investment deal so as to ensure its success.
